Location is right in the heart of crazy, busy Old Quarter but the hotel is quiet and the front desk staff are really helpful

Excellent stay due to attentive staff, pristine facilities, great food and service and of course some of the most romantic views over historical Hanoi from a rooftop bar and infinity pool. An oasis of relaxation amongst the bustle of life around the beautiful lake. If new to Hanoi this is the perfect place to stay!

Unique hidden location which is beautiful. The staff out at the front is a nice welcome and it felt safe. The location is perfect for a walkable experience in Hanoi Old Quarter. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Russell, who checked us in, was very personable, kind, helpful and made us feel welcome. He gave us great advice and information for this visit and for a future visit when we intend to return with family. There was also a great bellman, with glasses, he was very kind and helpful, I'm sorry I didn't get his name. We had a delicious steak meal at the restaurant, great service. We would recommend spending some relaxing time at this lovely property as well, the gym and spa look very inviting.
