"This hotel is conveniently located near Terminals 2 and 3, ideal for an early Heathrow departure. The property was clean, comfortable and boasted decent onsite dining. We did not access the 14th floor bar. I worried the planes might keep me from sleeping but delighted to find the window was soundproof. I would stay again and recommend it."

"Hotel is kind of off the beat n path but walked everywhere in the rainy Londontown! And we loved the location. It was clean & comfortable, staff was very helpful. Bring hard soled shoes as the cobblestone is hard to walk on with sneakers."

"Absolutely perfect stay. Room was good for 2 people. Bathrobes were nice and fluffy. Room service was quick. All staff went out of their way to help with request. The view from window was really nice especially with the sun. Hotel was so close to everything from the Park, shopping, transportation. So convenient "
