A couple of the staff seemed a little snooty, and I wish the hotel offered more convenient dining options, as we flew in at 4:00pm quite hungry and nothing was open. We ended up dining at the very high end restaurant on the property as soon as it opened at 6:00pm. It was delicious but very pricey. "

"Good hotel at a good price. We slept great our first 2 nights, but not well the next 2 because of noisy neighbors. The walls are very thin, the doors are noisy (creaky and bang shut). The windows keep the traffic noise mostly out. Shower was decent. Walk to St. Pancras was easy."
