"The Royal Horseguard Hotel was an excellent choice! The service was outstanding. We upgraded to the River View and was so pleased with the view of The Thames River and city lights outside our window. Everything from the bed linens, shower/tub combo, heated bathroom floor, bar on-site to the wonderful doorman Parzez! We walked to the National Gallery in less than 6 minutes. So location was just right! What a beautifully restored hotel in the City of Westminister. I look forward to a return trip. "

The Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional and it was apparent that all employees we spoke with and dealt with Front Desk, Dining Room, Room Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management - that everyone enjoyed their job. Location was Great and having direct access to Victoria Station was a Huge Bonus. We will be back and definitely be recommending to others."

"As someone who travels solo, the hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff were very helpful, and my room was kept in tip top shape for my entire stay. It was a short walk to the subway station and the grocery store and not far from the excellent Natural History Museum. The room was a little small and I had to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the television, but I would absolutely stay here again when next I’m in the area. "
