"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."

"New long stay apart-suites type hotel. Perfectly serviceable and very clean. Missing some things of a Citizen M type stay in terms of lounges and dining etc but good location in Canary Wharf near transit and for present discounted start-up price. If the price increases substantially traditional hotels might be better option."

"Room was fairly clean, and facilities were okay. The curtains were not sufficient to block light in the morning as I was woken by it coming around the edge of the dorma window directly into my face. Blinds may have helped."

"Another excellent stay at the Cove in Canary Wharf - great base for a few weeks in London. However it is time they begin replacing their mattresses - ours was particularly uncomfortable. Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights."

"This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the entire team should be proud of the standards they keep."

"Excellent value for money. Very clean apartment with excellent amenities for self catering. Having arrived after a week backpacking through Switzerland, a washer/dryer in the kitchen was a real bonus. Bed was very comfortable and linen and towels were good quality. Very minor quibble was that the sofa was not overly comfortable but this did not detract from my stay. Definitely a good place to stay within easy walking distance to London Underground Borough station and national rail London...
