"We've just retuned from an incredible nights stay at The Cumberland Hotel celebrating my Dad's 60th birthday and seeing Steve Wonder at BST Hyde Park. I booked an executive twin room which was fantastic and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The best part was the complimentary prosecco and chocolates left in our room along with a gorgeous birthday card, this was completely unexpected - thank you to Abhi on the WOW team for this wonderful surprise. The Cumberland is a stunning hotel, we enjoyed a lovely meal in the SOUND Cafe and breakfast the following morning was great too, a brilliant selection of food and while it was super busy, service was excellent. I can't wait to stay here again, the staff made our stay fantastic and the backstage lounge was a huge perk. "

"This hotel is outstanding! The hotel is conveniently located next to Buckingham Palace and Tube transportation. Easy walk to the palace, Big Ben, and Westminster. The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly (they helped me get last minute show tickets on my most recent stay). Great room - quiet with wonderful amenities. "

"Wonderful location for exploring the Borough Market, Tower of London and fantastic views of Tower Bridge. The breakfast was hearty and a lot of options were available. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage the day of checkout so we could continue to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel. "
