Lovely location. Staff was great. Our room was supposed to have a Tower bridge view but we were on the 1st floor so ventilation shafts were blocking the view. For £250 a night we were hoping for a better view.

Booked two standard twin rooms with bridge view. Rooms were located far away from each other, which caused inconvenience. Although we booked exactly the same type of rooms, the rooms differed from each other, one room was in better condition, better location, better view and with an extra armchair. Overall the experience was okay could have been better if both rooms were of equal standard.

Good area. No room service for breakfast. Room was a good size. Food was expensive and was just OK. They have a mini market out front, great stand for Hot chocolate and another for German Sausages, another had scarfs at a great price. Starbucks in lobby and a coffee shop right next door. They will give you bottled water each day. The bed was a little hard, but I like a soft bed. Room had a safe and refrigerator which I like. There is a Tesco next door so you can stock up.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing view to Tower Bridge. Post card worthy! Also very conveniently located across the street from the Tower of London. We loved our stay, and look forward to next time! Enjoyed a great meal at the Ivy Tower Bridge Restaurant, just across the bridge. A quiet, classic, beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food. Not a suitable restaurant for boisterous American (MAGA) families, but rather quiet, respectful individuals - so its a nice experience for all diners.

Lovely hotel for a weekend in London. The location is absolutely fantastic. We were very happy with our room, plenty of space for a family of 3 and the view of the docks is lovely. All staff we encountered were polite, the receptionist who checked us in was great with our daughter. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We made two visits to the hotel, taking two rooms at each time. On the second visit, one of our rooms had no heating and had to be moved to another floor. This was done after an extended negotiation. The rooms are ready to be upgraded. Only two USB ports And multiple UK power points, but no international PowerPoint. On the positive side the view was spectacular. The concierge was very helpful. The front desk staff less so. We enjoyed having quick and easy access to the tower of London. Access to the other London sites were a long cab right away.
