This was the worst service i ever recie ed from a hotel. I checked in online but didn't stay. Room was not ready i had to wait until 3:30pm and was told the room still wasn't ready. I left and had to fi d another hotel at the last minute. I must say on my way out a gentleman by the name of Steve kept apologing and help put my suitcase in the uber ride i had to get again to get to another hotel. I wojld never ever stay at this hotel & will make sure my friends & family to stay away.

This hotel is very smoothly run. All staff was friendly and welcoming. There also is a dedicated greeter at the entrance and he could not have been nicer. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was beautiful.

It was a great stay on most levels, however one of the hotels’ several automated texts woke me at 7 am - after a late night this was very unwelcome as I wasn’t able to go back to sleep! My phone was on because I use the alarm and sleep music. Switch off Wi-Fi if you don’t want this to happen to you.

The staff were friendly, although the rooms were a bit weary, ie the shower. We had a nice stay,enjoyed the food very much.The only thing I would negativly comment on was the slow service in the restaurant at 4pm. This was happy hoùr,but only one other person eating and about 6 drinking only. Over half an hrs wait for food and to get another wine was agonisingly slow.

Excellent staff at check in we were offered an upgrade to a club room which proved to very satisfactory The room was clean and very comfortable all in all a very pleasant experience

Paint stains in the bathtub & dusty curtains, as well as not being provided with enough towels or toilet roll - we asked for more at reception but they took way too long to deliver so one of us had to air dry! Heater & phone in the room not working! Staff were friendly and a great location & hotel facilities but not worth the price at all.

Superb location just off the High Street at Kensington. right opposite a taxi rank as well and a tube station. Large hotel with fabulous common parts but the rooms a little tired as you might expect in a London hotel. Dining room too crowded at breakfast and queuing inevitable.
