The hotel was very dated, the plugs didn’t work in the room, the bath was very high to get into, the staff did move rooms for us, the plugs weren’t located next to the bed, the tv didn’t work, the walls were very thin and the beds weren’t comfy, breakfast wasn’t included , the parking was cheap the floors were dirty , there wasn’t a mattress en casement

Ibis was great! The hotel and grounds were fine. The next door area was trash. Aside from that it was a nice hotel. Good food and bar, clean, dog friendly and comfy bed.

The room and bed were very comfy. We love being able to just go down stairs for a relaxing drink and meals. Closeness to the Airport and Car Hire companies is a huge plus. Easy bus and train to London

The restaurant downstairs was good and the staff are very friendly, with fast and convenient check in and out. Good value for money. Downsides are that the rooms are small, with hard mattresses and dry air, so not very comfortable.

It’s a very simple hotel, excellent for a night before flying out of Heathrow. They charge extra for parking and breakfast. The shuttle runs every hour and costs about 8 pounds. We walked 2 blocks and took the public bus that runs every 10 minutes or less. You can use the lines 222, SL9, 278, 285, or 105. It’s 1.5 Pounds.

Used for 1 night stay when catching early flight from Heathrow. Easy to find and adequate parking. Cheap stay, parking is extra £12 but this was explained on booking. Check in quick. Room was Ok, clean except for ugly patch on the carpet and wet corner by shower. Loo was ridiculous low! Ate in restaurant, food was good and plenty of it. Not expensive either. All in all, good value stay for the price I paid and easy 9 minute drive to Terminal 3.
