Pros: excellent location, room size good considering price. Rooms clean and well maintained. On site bar open late, with attentive staff. Front office staff very pleasant, even considering the high volume of check ins and check outs that happen each day. Near a metro station and across from Kensington Garden (we enjoyed the view of the Garden from our room on an upper floor). Suggestions: The Bar/Restaurant bathrooms get a pretty high volume and need to be cleaned more frequently throughout the day. Note: If you have any physical challenges, the elevators get backed up with the many travelers with lots of luggage. We used the stairs most to the time, which was fine, but if you have physical mobility issues and are using this hotel as a base, you may be a bit frustrated.

This is a great spot to stay if you have young kids. Being so close to Hyde Park (Princess Diana Memorial playground!), the bus and the tube made getting around super easy. The staff are so friendly. We got in too early to check in, but they held our bags for us so we could go exploring.

Wonderful staff, Hotel is in a convenient walking distance from Paddington station. Close to two blind and bus routes. Hotel room felt a little rundown, however it was clean and well-maintained. The dining option for the hotel did leave something to be desired. Staff was delightful and helpful. However, the food was bland and poorly presented. I would personally stay at this property, but I would not access the food option within the hotel

Our stay from booking to departure was really great. Our flight came very early in the morming and we forgot to request early checkin. They were incredibly accommodating- gave us our room early. Rooms were clean, bathroom shower the best!! My son was so happy that it felt like home! They had gluten free toast - very happy with breakfast. One of the Front staff- Raheil was always fast to fix any minor issues - remote broken. Helpful with any questions or requests. We were a party of 8 - 2 children.

Hotel is in a great location, has friendly staff, is clean. The only issue was that the AC & fan system in the room was practically non-existent. They did provide us with a portable fan which helped.
