Very close and easy access to terminals 2 and 3. This hotel is much, much nicer than aerotel and they are welcoming to people if they happen to arrive a few hours early. They allowed us to check in. By contrast, we had a bery different experience with aerotel last year.

Well, it was a very busy hotel, the staff was very efficient and the accommodations were nice. Be prepared to wait a while to check in during busy times. Also, it isn’t easily accessible to the airport. It’s quite a walk.

After a very long flight this was exactly what we needed. The food at the restaurant was great and the upstairs bar was awesome. The room was clean and very quiet. I expected a lot of noise since we were at an airport, but there wasn’t any at all. Will definitely stay her again anytime we fly into London.
