"We've just retuned from an incredible nights stay at The Cumberland Hotel celebrating my Dad's 60th birthday and seeing Steve Wonder at BST Hyde Park. I booked an executive twin room which was fantastic and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The best part was the complimentary prosecco and chocolates left in our room along with a gorgeous birthday card, this was completely unexpected - thank you to Abhi on the WOW team for this wonderful surprise. The Cumberland is a stunning hotel, we enjoyed a lovely meal in the SOUND Cafe and breakfast the following morning was great too, a brilliant selection of food and while it was super busy, service was excellent. I can't wait to stay here again, the staff made our stay fantastic and the backstage lounge was a huge perk. "

"The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. We tried the room service and our food was promptly delivered and everything was delicious. The only thing that I would say that this hotel could improve on is that the air freshener is a bit strong. "

"A comfortable hotel thats very central we stayed because its location to the Savoy Theatre. Staff are very friendly . The rooms are not over spacious but clean and comfy. Breakfast is first come first served so there can be a wait but the food quality good."

"Great small hotel in central location. 5min walk to Harrods. Knightsbridge Underground 3min walk. Close to Hyde Park and shops. Hotel and room was very clean and modern. The rooms are very small and basic, but if you need a hotel in the area for 1-2 nights, then this one is great. Not sure how useable the rooms are for two adults, as you need to step out of the tiny bathroom to have space to dry after a shower. But very clean and checkin/checkout was quick. Shout out to Ola at reception. 😁"

"Awesome hotel right by the Tower of London with a Tube station next door—super easy to get anywhere in the city. The single room was small but really well laid out. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, highly recommend! "
