"I have been back 3 times now. For the price and facilities you get in this location you can’t beat it. It is a very trendy place and easy to use. Extremely quiet compared to any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms must be lead lined and padded or something. One thing that gets to you after a while is lack of windows. "Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes. "

"Brilliant hotel. Absolutely loved our stay. So convenient, clean and modern. Only gripe for me is no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which I’ve never experienced in a 4 star. "

"The hotel is lovely. The lobby and rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The elevators are an issue. There is only one that works which is insufficient for the number of guests. Be prepared to walk the flights of stairs to your room. We even had to drag our luggage down four flights of stairs to check out. Mini bar is also an issue. You have to request the complimentary water daily. Some days we did not receive it. Some staff act like it’s gold they are giving you. "

Pricey, but nice!

"This hotel is pricey, mainly because it has a captive audience being situated right next to the O2, but having said that, it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are a decent size, comfortable clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and fantastic showers and the hotel has its own exit into the O2 which is very handy. Have always found the staff here very good."
