"What a great time we had here. The room was beautiful and the view of the river Thames was stunning!! We had a suite with the full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Chino Latino, twice…it was so delicious and we enjoyed the live entertainment. We also enjoyed a lovely meal via room service. Next time we visit London we will definitely stay here!! 10/10 recommend "

"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. Its location is ideal. 5 min walk from Hyde Park and another 20 min walk to knightsbrige for the shops, then easy walk up to westminstervand the palace. Paddington station is literaly around the corner if you dont fancy the walk and its on the central line (yellow) and 10 min tube ride to Victoria "
