"Firstly I would say do not attempt to arrive at the hotel in the dark. The country lanes are unlit, full of potholes and for an American feel like a single lane sidewalk. The hotel has a secure gated car park at the rear which is not sign posted Our room was very clean, wonderfully warm which was appreciated as it was 32f outside. Breakfast was excellent, a sofa and tv area to have coffee, tables to have a choice of cereals, fruits, juices and hot food….GO FOR THE FRIED BREAKFAST IT WAS MASSIVE!"

"Nearly could have made it to my best hotel stay yet. Beautiful hotel, a vibrant welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service at reception and in the sports bar. Less so at the gym. Room was spacious and comfortable temperature, nicely decorated. I was only able to use the gym due to restricted access for the times I was there but the gym was huge with a great variety of equipment. Food was delicious. Overall highly rate and recommend. Would stay again. "
