"All pleasant. Room was in a part of the corridor that smelt unpleasant but actual room was fine. So-called black out curtains let light in. Shower quite feeble. Overall a good stay but nothing memorable or special above what you get at a Premier Inn! 60th birthday celebration for husband. Some recognition of that by a hotel of this cost would have been nice although obviously not expected. Looked in at spa but much smaller than expected so didn’t bother to pay to spend time there. "Convenient for access to hospital. Not sure it warranted nearly double price for 1 night in December over November date. Shame parking was then another cost on top of the cost of the room, although fairly priced. Breakfast buffet was nice, plenty of choice. Staff super friendly. "
