We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general.

It was a little dated but for one night before a flight it was everything I needed. No lift if youre staying on the first floor. Worth baring in mind if you've a heavy suitcase. Friendly staff, would use again.

Amazing service by folks who cares. The kettle in the room with coffee and walkers shortbread were very appreciated. The buffet was tasty and varied clearly prepared by employees that are capable and fine tuned

Really close to Terminal 5. It is quite convenient they have a POD station! Staff is really kind and there's always someone to help you out!

It was uncomfortable, shoddy and in need of work. The room smelled bad and when I mentioned this to Theo he was rude and unpleasant. Checkout was incompetent as there was no mention of a parking charge when I booked and at checkout my ticket was stamped. I was in my car when Theo (him again !) came out and accused me of leaving without paying

We had a great stay at this hotel, our ground floor room was clean and quiet with good facilities. It was easy to get to from terminal 5 using the pods, they might be a little pricey for families though. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. We were particularly impressed with the team in the Aviator restaurant, who were exceptional, they were very helpful regarding our food allergies & nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant itself is spacious with a lovely view and great food. We'd definitely stay there again, thank you
