"I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. "The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "
