"Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!"

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
