"This hotel is in a great location to see all the main sights in and around London. The hotel lobby is very elegant and you are welcomed by a doorman to greet you. Checkin is really easy but does require a £100 safety deposit in case of any damages which is standard in most hotels. We decided to pick a room with the river view and was not disappointed! "The hotel lobby was unbelievably busy - the lift access seemed unnecessarily complicated but the band playing in the bar on Saturday night was really great! Our bedroom was rather small & the bathroom was really tiny with a miniscule sink & only room for one person at a time A leaky shower door (bath mat was absolutely soaking after one shower) & no niceties like a shower cap. "

"Pros: excellent location, room size good considering price. Rooms clean and well maintained. On site bar open late, with attentive staff. Front office staff very pleasant, even considering the high volume of check ins and check outs that happen each day. Near a metro station and across from Kensington Garden (we enjoyed the view of the Garden from our room on an upper floor).
