Excellent, well-kept property! I’d definitely stay here again; the premium suites are super spacious and gorgeous. The beds are a little more firm than I’d like but overall the hospitality was unmatched. Great, thoughtful customer service experience! It’s also in a great location.

This is my first stay at the St. James Court since the pandemic (My last visit was in 2018.) and I am happy to say that almost nothing has changed! Of course, you really can’t beat the location, but the hotel, while under some renovations, did not disappoint. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic stay at St James Court - central location, beautiful, large comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The staff were so friendly and with it being Diwali during our stay there were fireworks and a gift for each guest. Would highly recommend!

The staff are excellent and responsive, I had a problem with my TV connection and they sent someone very quickly to troubleshoot it. The room was very well-presented, I prefer a cubicle shower (personal preference) but otherwise the cleanliness and provisions were great. Loved the Indian breakfast, the staff were always happy to help with recommendations. Thank you!

Only one elevator works and its always occupied. No signs for the stairs and even finding them they were in the middle of construction area. Twice alarm started without reason, "upgraded" room with view to aircons. This was our second time and both times was a mess with elevators. Stuff very polite and kind.

Friendliness of staff, so near all major land marks , 15 mins either direction and you hand covered everything major you need to see. Rooms was amazing really good bedding and toiletries. Hotel is located in city center and close to multiple attractions including several nice pubs, parks and Westminster Abbey. St James tube station very close. Checked in early with a helpful desk clerk that found us a room. Finding the room is like walking thru a maze along with finding the same exit door twice in a row.
