"In general we had a blast, nice resort and clean, Food was ok.. 6/10 Service was amazing. Thank you to Yaneirys she was so helpful since we arrives to the resort, much appreciate.."

"Rooms felt spacious and were clean. Common areas too. We were able to find chairs at beach and the (multiple) pools. We did a sunset horseback riding tour (amazing), but other than that were entertained for our 3 full days and 4 nights at the resort. A small shopping lane with souvenir shops is available. The staff really was the highlight. Gracious, friendly, and very interested in making our stay great. They were always present when you needed something (not used to that in the US). Drinks were good and you rarely waited for someone to come by to ask if you wanted to refill - or pick another to try from the menu! I'd say the buffet area was always crowded. Restaraunts were worth doing as an option if you wanted that experience. Check the menus posted. One note- I did not realize you needed to turn in your key and pool cards to get a little ticket upon checkout. This is presented to the bell captain when your ride arrives. I'm used to leaving keys in room and taking off but that's not how it's done. Luckily this process didn't delay our departure to the airport. "

"Entire property and amenities where immaculate. Staff were great from the greeting at the front steps to all dining, bar and entertainment staff. Resort is beautiful and nicely landscaped. All restaurants throughout the property had great food and plenty of options for all. A perfect resort for any couple looking to get away!"
