"This was my hour 13th visit to this resort. This time we bought family and friends with us for a total of 20. Some had an issue at check in. They waited 2-3 hours before they got into their room, had an issue with luggage getting lost, but they dealt with it. I believe after that, they all had a good time. They are talking about returning next year. The thing I missed most was the blue cheese on the buffet. I was looking forward to it and was disappointed when I didn’t find any. Our room was fantastic, above and beyond what I expected."

The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December!
