That take my money was 2 other people with me and because 1 don’t have a fiscal ID they don’t let me check in and said in resections that they going to refund the $190.00 dollar and they never refund any money and I made the reservation went I was eating in the restaurant in the Catalonia after I spent $400.00 in a dinner

The carpet and the floor needs to be replaced. I had to request to change my room because of the broken floor and even the second one I got, the floor was broken. The carpet is very old and it has stains. The breakfast was very good!!

The property itself is lovely, however, the oceanfront view is littered with garbage. They must really do something about that.

I love my stay at catalonia , and will be back soon in their punta cana location and santo domingo location. Needless to say the hotel is stunning , and very well kept . Super clean, Ana sanchez was amazing and would help up everyday in cleaning our room and making sure we were okay. I hope to see her again in my next stay. The staff is extremely sweet , and overall super accommodating. The food is great , there’s 2 restaurants in the hotel which i both loved. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet and their coffee shop. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
