"Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort."

"Not my first time at the Live Aqua Punta Cana, many things have changed since my last visit, the room wasn’t as clean as it was before, the food was just ok, the entertainment team needs to improve, the shows are not good. ( the fire show is basically the best show). The played the same 7 songs day and night, for the six days that I was there, at the main pool and disco. "The service was great and all staff were super friendly. Dining options were good, a little less than some other all inclusive in the area, most likely as it is a smaller than the other resorts. The resort was nice and quiet, however first timers should be aware there are dress codes for the french restaurant Chez Isabelle. Guests should bring a collared shirt and long pants. "

"The staff is great, but a lot of the property was being remodeled, so the restaurant & pool choices were limited. We had upgraded to Privileged access, however, due to the remodeling in progress, it wasn't really worth it. "

"I stayed at this property the last week of October and it was overly crowded. The food options were delicious. It was NOT buffet style. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The beaches are rocky and have seaweed but still very beautiful. It was very hot and humid during the day. I would stay here again!"
