"Doesn’t get any better"

"We loved our stay. Our favorite part was how there were only 110 or so rooms. So it was never a fight for a pool chair, and you didn't have to wait long for service, drinks, etc. The outdoors of resort was absolutely beautiful and ver clean and well kept. The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a bit of upgrades. However, we didn't choose this resort for what the INSIDE of rooms looked like, as the outdoors, pool, food and staff made the experience what it was! We didn't book a vacation to stay indoors! There is no beach, however the free shuttle to Juanillo was the perfect plan in place for those wanting more of a beach scene. "

"Just returned and can't stay enough about the great experience we had, all the staff were very attentive, professional we missed this type of great service, they all went above and beyond to keep you satisfied. I want to highlight a few I remembers, Carlos in the Asian - Hibashi did a fantastic show, Glenny who helped coordinate a special arrangement for our daughter's birthday, which made it an unforgettable day. The team with the entertainment (Nelson Vargas), and this are just a few of the names I can remember. The food in each of the restaurants was fresh, such a large variety for all the tastes and needs. Thank you Hyatt for such an amazing experience. Hope to be back soon. "

"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara! The resort was exceptionally clean, and there was always plenty of seating available at all the pools and the beach. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. A huge shoutout to Roberto at the club bar—his service was outstanding! Antonia also made some of the best drinks we've ever had. Bryan, the aqua bike leader, was incredibly pleasant and made our experience even more enjoyable. The spa was wonderful—while it wasn’t the best massage we've ever had, it was still very relaxing. Overall, this was a fantastic trip, and we can’t wait to return!"
