Food was above average for an all-inclusive type place. Very key that the couch beds are not cheap springs but rather foam so they happen to be quite comfortable. We did the Blind Butcher experience one night, was worth the experience, lots of food. One downside was the "reserve a chair by the pool" race.. full on here so if you wanted a spot for the first half of the day, you needed to be up very early to do so. That was somewhat annoying but we did beach first most days. Would definitely go again and recommend if looking for an easy pool/beach all inclusive vacation.

Beautiful setting. Loved the beach, gym, and available activities! Rarely felt crowded despite being there during a busy season. Wish they could text me instead of using pagers with limited range when waiting for dinner. Also wish our party could have had access to the restaurants at Zilara (my 15 year old knows how to behave!). Overall great vacation!
