After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing. People like Leonel Perez Castillo and Mileidy Pinela Perez in Buffet Perla did a fantastic job servicing. I will go back to this place in the future.

Terrible hotel! The only thing I liked was the food other then that, the pool was nasty, no WiFi it only worked for an hour in the lobby per day. Mold in the room broken lamp, phone didn't work. I wish I could send the pictures of the condition of the room . In order to get beach chairs or food by the beach you had to be a VIP.
