"We were three sisters and a daughter and booked to stay at this hotel on our return from Halong Bay prior to flying home. We wanted to stay somewhere in the old Quarter. "Overall great experience for the convenience of its location. It's a short stroll away from Hoan Kiem lake which is in the Old Quarter which offers a variety of local food and shopping options. One issue is the entrance of the property whereby you'll need to have your luggage carried up a short staircase to reach the front door. "A good hotel in the middle of the old city. We had a very small room, which was my fault as I should have checked before booking. This was a challenge with several bags each on a 3 month travel programme! Staff very friendly."

Heaven on earth for Japanese!

"I stayed for four nights during my business trip, and as a traveler from Japan, I found my stay extremely comfortable. Everything at the hotel is thoughtfully designed to cater to Japanese guests. After facing the stressful environment in Vietnam during day time, I felt a sense of relief, as if I had returned home, the moment I arrived at the hotel. Thank you.
