A truly wonderful experience The airport pick up and check in process was excellent, they also helped organise a lovely surprise for my fiancés birthday The set up of the resort within the rainforest is incredible with nature everywhere. We stayed in a rainforest cabin and it was fabulous

Outstanding experience

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in worldwide. Spectacular setting and beautiful beach; rainforest villas in the heart of the jungle with copious wildlife (macaques, dusky leaf monkeys, monitor lizards, great hornbills, otters swimming in the sea, butterflies...); outstanding and really friendly service; excellent food. There is very little not to like about this outstanding hotel in an outstanding location.

The best hotel we stayed so far..excellent and attentive staff from check in until we check out. The room is very nice and spacious. My son love the bathtub. Delicious food at gulai restaurant. The breakfast was great. Sad to leave the hotel, hopefully we"ll come back soon

This hotel has the most gorgeous natural settings. Wildlife can be observed from your balcony and throughout the grounds. The service is impeccable, with cheerful staff that is genuinely happy to be there. This is a wonderful place and more businesses should follow this model.
