We were so impressed by how well-maintained and clean this hotel was, as well as the warm friendly greetings we regularly received from staff who were positioned throughout the front lobby. Service and hospitality were top class. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great – a wide variety of choices were available. Family members with dietary requirements were generally able to find something that suited them and food was well-labelled....

"Loved the onsen and fitness room area, large spacious room and comfy traditional outfits to wear around. As mentioned in other reviews, don’t expect to eat without a reservation made days in advance— however there are a few options at Yannusen next door ( 5 min walk). Laundry wouldn’t dry in the dryer at all after 2 hrs, best to hang it up! Overall we enjoyed our stay."
