"Hotel Okada has an agreement with the hotspring spa next door. This was wonderful and unexpected. There is a convenient shuttle that goes to town for a very reasonable price. But there was no air-conditioning, so be careful going there if it is a hot season. "

Odetta at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She is great. There was a mistake with our dinner reservation on the second night, but Keishiro Ishihara fixed it, and some. Musashino Bekkan
3.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (400)
"Staff is very responsive and attentive. Having an in room onsen is great so that we can take a dip in it any time we like. Although the property is a little out of the way, they can always take you to near by bus or train station upon request. Dinner and breakfast are served inside the room. You sit on the floor and the table is about 12-14" high. Sitting cross leg may be uncomfortable to those who are not used to it. Getting up from that sitting position may be difficult for some."
