9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (197)
"This property was beautiful and the onsens were amazing. We loved that the baths were private so that our children could use them as well. We had dinner at the property and it was delicious and quite a treat. Anyone planning to stay should know that this property is not very walkable. 4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (97)
"A slice of heaven - amazing staff with unbeatable service delivery. Amazing food, fantastic spa. The only thing I would recommend is a later meal offering in the hotel - either room service or casual dining as it is very hard to get a meal in Gora after 7pm. "

Livemax Resort Hakone Sengokuhara
3.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (51)
"Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall."
