"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. "The fully contained apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was private, comfortable and uniquely Japanese.for a split level space. There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay."

"Very Nice property and great location. Clean and modern with comfortable beds and large enough space. Only 2 small complaints. 1. The bath towels are very small and thin. Not the same level that you would find in a hotel, they are just a little larger than a hand towel. 2. And another problem that I have been censored to mention."

"Second leg of two stays still very satisfied"

"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"

"This is one of the best hotels that I have experienced in Japan. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet even though it is in the middle of the Kawasaki near Tokyo. This place is very convenient to both airports (Narita and Haneda) and to central Tokyo and the convention area of Big Sight. There are many dining options around the hotel, not to mention the in-house restaurant. I recommend the breakfast buffet, rivaling some of the other top hotels elsewhere in Japan. The wine list is great too! Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism and humble nature of the staff and their attention to every detail of my stay. Thank you Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki for making my time with you unforgettable."
