"Room size is relatively large. Easy walk to Earl's court station. Pillow has bad smell, but staff was quick to offer replacement. Missing a desk lamp, but staff was willing to find me one after two calls."

"We were sceptical about this one because of some reviews, but it was lovely. Very clean beautiful reception area, with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was cosy and clean with nice tea making facilities and a handy mini fridge. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. We had a nice view onto the street. Air conditioning worked fine. "This was perfect for us. Yes you can hear noise from the street however this didn’t bother us but could be a problem from others. Our room was right beside reception so we could hear guests arriving and leaving but again this didn’t bother us. Location perfect, beds comfy, bathroom and room clean. I would absolutely stay again.
