"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Staff is very professional. Great hotel with an old world feel - without compromising on the perks of modern amenities. Located in a posh and safe area. It is 3 minutes from the underground. The rooms are bigger than most in the area. Free snacks, water, coffee and tea in your room. Bonus - they have a fridge. This is my go to hotel in London. This is not for those looking for a modern “American” hotel. This is a period hotel that feels like a big hug. "

"On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby."
