"Great hotel in a central location. Nearest tube is Bayswater and only a 3 minute walk. Room was very hot but after turning the radiator off and opening the window it was fine. It has a lift which is great. If I had 1 issue it was that there is no plug next to the bed. But other than that it was great. Remember, it’s a budget hotel, if you want grandeur and luxury, stay at The Dorchester. "

"Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable hotel in a very good location near Paddington Station. Great for walks through Hyde Park, or along the Regents canal. Some decent pubs and restaurants close by. Will stay here again"

"Very convenient to Paddington Station and Underground. Safe to walk as an older woman alone. Lots of restaurants nearby. Basic room that was clean and tiny. Good breakfast with instant coffee (!)."

"Ideal location. Most Westminster sites are walkable. Right next to Victoria station so easy access to buses and subway. The staff was very helpful. Great food at the restaurant and lots of other options close by. Room was clean and roomy given the central London location."

"The properties a little worn out, but it did have good coffee and tea in the room, the staff is super friendly but most of all it’s all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. You’re a three minute walk from Piccadilly Circus, and Chinatown. You’re also on one of the best streets for shopping in London, and the hotel lobby is very beautiful. The shining star of this property is the wonderful staff, great customer service, so friendly and really accommodated me. I would stay here again."
