"The location is excellent. Rooms are extremely small and dated but they have everything you need so it technically is “good enough”. There is no restaurant or ability to purchase food at the hotel which was also a bit inconvenient. I ordered jn using Deliveroo app. Property needs to be upgraded for sure. Grout and caulking in shower was dirty and coming apart. Quick walk to Kensington Gardens and also Paddington Station if you need to get the Heathrow Express. I’ll continue staying there...

"I stayed at the The Resident Victoria from February 3-5, 2025 and it was phenomenal. From the time we entered, the male Philipino Receptionist, whose name I can't remember (Even though he gave me his card), treated us like VIPs. They catered to our every needs. Above all, they were truly helpful and courteous. We will definitely make this boutique hotel our "Hotel of Choice" whenever we come to London. Cheers! PS.. Thanks for the unlimited toffees. "

"A good location not far from a few tube stations. Nice area too I felt quite safe coming back late at night. Downside of it being a nice area is they seem to road sweep every morning quite early on! It was a bit noisy but nothing too crazy. "
