The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive – always ready to help with directions, recommendations, or simply with a friendly greeting at the door. The rooms, though compact as is typical in London, were well-designed, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the tasteful decor and peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. I also loved that the hotel felt safe, quiet, and refreshingly calm after long days exploring the city.
