We had such a lovely one-night stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, and it was so convenient to have an ice machine on every floor. Its central location made it easy to explore everything. Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. Really great food in the restaurant in the evening. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast offers a good buffet selection, but is only let down by the terrible fried eggs.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to London. It is near 2 tube stops which makes it easy to hop around the city to see the sites. Trafalgar Square is an active area with many dining and eating options. The staff at this hotel were ALL friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was smallish for our group of 3 but we really didn’t need much more as we didn’t spend a lot of our time in the room. There was a “living room” around the corner from the front desk which was a nice quiet spot to sit and relax. Breakfast was also very nice. We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity to visit London again.
