"The property is well maintained. Location is perfect , we were able to walk to quiet a few attractions. I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. I will give 10 stars for the staff at the front desk and breakfast area, always approachable and responsive. "

"Great staff. They are very responsive. Clean rooms and I liked that there was lounge to hang out. My only complaint would be the noise from the train, which wasn't terrible but also noise from a door the staff used to exit near our room. They kept slamming the door all morning. It was very jarring. Avoid rooms on the basement level and I think you will enjoy your stay here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was small and cozy and the property has a great location. It could be a bit noisy whilst the cleaning crew was making the rounds. My only real complaint is with the cab driver reserved by reception. We had an agreed price and form of payment and the driver tried to scam us for more money! I was under the impression that the hotel would lead us to a reputable company, but that was not our experience. "

"I loved this Hotel because of its location and the great rooms. Finally, the shower was American-sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great location to be in for Paddington train station and the tube. It also is a great place to get back to LHR if you need to "
