"A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space. "

"We loved the locatiin, very convenient for all of the sites we had on our list. I do have an issue with the room description that i booked. It clearly stated bedroom with separate living area. This was not correct which was extremely disappointing. We were expecting a separate bedroom. Considering the price I paid, i could have rented two gotel rooms, allowing my son the privacy he required."

"Check in staff were very attentive and helpful during the check in process. All staff around hotel were friendly and approachable, especially the door men! Hotel is very clean and well presented. Room was lovely, with a nice personal greeting left for us along with some nice freebies which made our stay extra special. Loved our stay and can't wait to come back! "

"The staff are excellent and responsive, I had a problem with my TV connection and they sent someone very quickly to troubleshoot it. The room was very well-presented, I prefer a cubicle shower (personal preference) but otherwise the cleanliness and provisions were great. Loved the Indian breakfast, the staff were always happy to help with recommendations. Thank you!"
