"Room on the 18th floor was ok. I was put in a disabled room, although not disabled. A seat or table of some description would have been useful in the large bathroom as you have to put your clothes on the floor! Room smelled damp when I walked in, not sure why as it was clean and modern. I have stayed here a few times in the past but prefer the rooms in the old wing to this one."

"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...

"Clean and comfortable … great shower, quiet room. Wake up call. And when my taxi didn’t turn up there was a driver sitting waiting to take me to the airport so I wasn’t delayed! I’d definitely stay there again! "

"Super easy local bus to and from terminal3 , bus stop right outside the hotel (1st stop on Bath Road). Clean room. Quiet room- quiet from road and other guests coming and going. Good selection at breakfast. Couple of local shops for snacks and a local pub 2 min walk with good pub food. Small gym are - no pool. Local playground 2 min walk away (1st street on left)- great if you have kids. Price varies but usually one of the lower costing hotels on Bath Road both on their site and through travel...
