"We booked as a family of 5 to attend the Christmas Markets. We were able to check in 2hours early which was fab! We received warm cookies on arrival. Beds weren’t comfy which impacted sleep. We also found the room extremely hot, even when we put the air conditioning on. A couple of maintenance issues reported on check out but these didn’t affect our stay.
