"The lady that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Any staff member we met was lovely. Only issue we had was a delay with a meal but it was dealt with in a satisfactory manor. Would definitely recommended to a friend and I would stay here again "

"Excellent location in the centre of Manchester. The front desk staff were fantastic. Rooms clean, comfortable and well kept. Very quiet and restful place to sleep despite being a large city centre hotel. The one draw thing we felt was less impressive was the bar. Any time we asked what snacks were available at the bar, whomever was on duty always said 'You'll have to look at the snacks at the end of the bar'. "Hotel was very convenient right in the heart of the city. The staff were helpful. Bed was comfy and bathroom very nice. Our only issue was the heating in the room was non existent. We got a portable heater from reception that just about warmed the room. We visited with other family and the 2 other rooms were freezing cold."
