Have stayed at the Alan before and was impressed so booked again, but unfortunately was disappointed this time. Booked a basic room and it had seen better days, aircon/heating didn’t work, fridge in room didn’t work, room was dirty and tired, marks all up the walls/on furniture. Would stay elsewhere in future.
