"Fabulous hotel with great facilities. The Onsen was relaxing and spacious with a great view. The breakfast buffet was perfect with so much choice. Happy hour available and Dinner option was open u til late. Location was excellent with loop bus stop outside of the hotel. Everything you want to see is within easy reach."

"Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."

"Great stay. The view of Fuji from the onsen is amazing. Quiet rooms and good amenities. Note a lot of things are closed on Mondays so plan accordingly. "

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. We were able to drop off our luggage in 5 minutes. When we finally checked in they were professional and tried hard to speak English. There is a Family mart attached to the hotel which was very convenient. "

"Clean and good service. Only the bathroom does not have the rack to bring the towel and clothes inside. I have to get out of the bathroom to get dressed. Location next to convention center and so good for business, but not close to (10 mins walk) from train station and shopping area."

"The rooms are tiny, which is typical for Japan. They do not do daily room service but will provide new towels and robes and coffee/tea every day. The use of single use plastics is absurd. The staff is friendly. Skip the breakfast and find something better nearby. "

"Our stay of 4 nights was great! Onsen is very clean, hotel is nice and clean, rooms are large. Location was great, we walked everywhere and from the train station about 12 minute walk. If you have a car, there are lots of options but you must pay. Breakfast is traditional Japanese. "

"This was a great find for us. We enjoy staying at the hotel that was centrally located to the station. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful shower something unique that’s rarely available or offered. We also appreciated the security. We felt comfortable and secure on this hote. I did not care for the designated smoking rooms as the the cigarette smell lingered other than that everything was perfect"

"Love that it is connected to Nagoya airport and close to the check-in counters. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Will definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Wat hotel adequate, but breakfast, while diverse is somewhat crowded. Rooms divide bathroom facilities into 3 separate parts which is a bit cramped and awkward, especially sink in the hall way. The location is a bit hard to find and mildly off the center. But everything is more than adequate."
