"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. I have seen a group Travel coordinator that was bombarding the elevators, laundry room, and seemed to not care for other guests around. Maybe implement smaller groups at a time. "We had a fantastic experience staying at the Grand Nikko during our Tokyo Disney trip! The staff were very available and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of a trip. Best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had with plenty of options. It fuelled us for the long park days. The location of the Nikko was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. "Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"
