"This location was very far removed. If you are here for work, it's a great option if you are going to be at the Expo center. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. Also you can stay in Ginza and only be 30 mins out but lots more options for food and shopping. The fish market was nice there. The staff was ok. Our luggage arrived and they didn't tell us not bring it to our room. Don't message them in the app they don't reply there, email them. I left something behind and they were kind enough to mail....

"Not only is WPU in a great location in Shinjuku, but it is a comfortable spacious room by Tokyo standards. Coffee and tea are included in the room, and there is a pub and restaurant downstairs. Best of all is the service, the held our luggage safely for hours before arrival, and also held my luggage over 10 hours after I checked out before my flight. They call a taxi for you, speak English, and break change at the front. Their lounge area is awesome with fridge, trash, microwave, sink/napkins,...
