"Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "

"Spent 5 nights and found the room really convenient for long stays. They have microwave, e-stove, washing machine, along with cooking and dining utensils. The hotel is around 6-7minutes walk from Toei Oedo line so even-though not right at Shinjuku, it was still easy to get around, especially when you don’t need to take JR lines that are more expensive. Had a bit of unpleasant misunderstanding with one of the staff at the end after check out, but the other staff were very helpful and polite....
