"The staff at this property was amazing . It was very clean and modern . Bed was comfy for the small space it was more than enough . Able to keep suitcase under bed and shelving . Showers located on the same floor . Super clean place. Close to all shopping and all the action in shibuya . Lots of dining options . The icing on the cake was the beer hour between 530-630 everyday . Where you meet people from all over who are staying there . All the staff were great but Miu service stood out...

"I want to preface this review by stating this is the first hotel I stayed in during my first trip to Japan. The location is incredible especially if you have large luggage because it is very close to Shibuya Station. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find because it's an elevator door and not a typical entrance. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I think that is typical for Japan. The hotel staff was great and so helpful. I had tickets to an event sent to the hotel waiting...

We were notified when they adjusted the central air to either heat or cooling so we could adjust the thermostat to our desired settings.
